El Atrouche Furniture is the top of Alexandria’s well-known furniture manufacturing company for classic handmade furniture style, it was founded in 1936 by Zakaria El Atrouche and continued by Eng.Cherif El Atrouche and his sons.
All components are made in our company, from the choice of the woods to the final assembly and we use high quality materials processed by expert craftsmen using special developed painting and finishing techniques,

FOUNDER & OWNERMr. Zakaria El Atrouche
Born in Damietta, Egypt in 1916
Board member in Federation of Egyptian Industries, Chamber of wood and furniture products industry in the 70’s.
Because of his high quality products he was chosen for furniture exportation to Russia and then to other countries.
One of his quotes was that “furniture pieces aren’t just pieces of wood but every piece has a story of glory that will be inherited from one generation to the other.”
CHAIRMAN & OWNER Eng. Cherif El Atrouche
Born in Alexandria,Egypt in 1956
graduated from College Saint-Marc in 1974
Production Engeneering-Alexandria Universtity in 1979
Founder & owner of Cherry Maryski Hotel located in Alexandia, Egypt
He is talented at assembling the machinery used to manufacture furniture items
His passion development in furniture industry initiated from his father
and he passed the same passion on to his sons
